Privacy Statement
The privacy of your personal data is important to SupportWorld. The following sets out what we do and what we do not do with the information we collect using this Website:
Cookies
1. The Website will give the user, on sign-in, the option to be remembered automatically. If this option is selected, a cookie (a small piece of computer code) is sent to and stored on your computer containing a unique session identifier. The identifier is used to record site usage statistics. SupportWorld does not recommend that the option to accept the cookie is taken if the computer is shared.
2. In a separate automatic operation the webserver will collect your IP address, browser details and version, computer Operating System and the date and time that you entered the site. This information is used to:
i) Work out how many times the Website has been visited;
ii) Record which parts of the Website have been visited so we can improve the content and layout of the Website and helps us to ensure that the site works across all platforms and browsers.
Paragraphs 2 i) and ii) apply to all visitors on the Website whether or not they have registered. The information collected is not linked to you as an individual unless you choose to register.
Cookies stored on your computer will automatically be deleted if you do not revisit the Website for 90 days.
If you have any questions or queries as to what this information means, please contact Ian Davies on 01689 889100 or email iand@hdi-europe.com
